2005 | Changed the company name from Asahi Somboon Aluminium Co., Ltd. to Asahi Tec Aluminium (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
2016 | Engineering department for aluminum high-pressure diecasting was spun off from ASAHI TEC CORPORATION and
incorporated as ATA Casting Technology Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ACJ).
The operation of aluminum high-pressure diecasting in Thailand was also split
from Asahi Tec Aluminium (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and was newly incorporated as wholly owned subsidiary of ACJ
with the name of ATA Casting Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ACT)
2017 | ACJ and ACT became wholly owned subsidiaries of Daido Metal Group
2018 | Incorporated DM Casting Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DMCT)
as a wholly owned subsidiary of Daido Metal Co., Ltd.
2019 | ACJ headoffice moved to Tokyo (Tennoz)
The production factory of DMCT were completed (Asia Industrial Estate Suvarnabhumi)
